Event: 2013 International Conference on WWII

The 2013 International Conference on World War II, 1943: Victory in the Balance, focuses on the period when the war’s outcome was still uncertain and it’s ultimate cost — in lives, property and suffering — was unknown. Top scholars in the WWII field will explore key battles, personalities and controversies from the middle of 1943 to the stalemate at Anzio in February of 1944.
