Eric Holder Tells DOJ Employees: No More Prostitutes

The Washington Post has published a memo sent from Attorney General Eric Holder reminding all Justice Department employees not to solicit prostitutes, even if the practice is legal where they may be inclined to do so.

The full letter, signed by Holder, reads:

The Department of Justice is measured by the conduct of those who work on its behalf. The solicitation of prostitution threatens the core mission of the Department, not simply because it invites extortion, blackmail, and leaks of sensitive or classified information, but also because it undermines the Department’s efforts to eradicate the scourge of human trafficking. Regardless of whether prostitution is legal or tolerated in a particular jurisdiction, soliciting prostitutes creates a greater demand for human trafficking victims and a consequent increase in the number of minor and adult persons trafficked into commercial sex slavery.

For these reasons, I want to reiterate to all Department personnel, including attorneys and law enforcement officers, that they are prohibited from soliciting, procuring, or accepting commercial sex. This rule applies at all times during an individual’ s employment, including while off duty or on personal leave, and applies regardless of whether the activity is legal or tolerated in a particular jurisdiction, foreign or domestic.

Today’s adults are held responsible for nothing. The president and attorney general aren’t held accountable for ginning up frenzied mobs based on a lie, leading to two cops being assassinated in New York City and two cops being shot in Ferguson, in addition to the $250 million in property damage.

After police officer Darren Wilson fatally shot Michael Brown last summer in Ferguson, Missouri, the media erupted in terror at the prospect of young black men being gunned down by over-excitable white cops.

The New York Times’ Charles Blow wrote that the “central issue” of Ferguson was that an “officer shot an unarmed teenager who witnesses claim had raised his hands in surrender when at least some of the shots were fired, which the family and its attorneys called ‘a brutal assassination of his person in broad daylight.’”

Over at Salon, Brittney Cooper said the Brown shooting proved that black people “are prey”—a charge so moronic even a Starbucks barista wouldn’t discuss it with you.

In a TV segment The Huffington Post called “searing,” a few weeks after the shooting, MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry exposed the racism of contemporary America by quoting from Dred Scott—an 1857 Supreme Court opinion written by Roger Taney, appointee of the father of the Democratic Party, Andrew Jackson.

Ted Nugent targets ‘lost generation of damn punks who infest our inner cities’.

Well what do you know? Hell hath frozen over and we eagerly await a squadron of monkeys flying from my butt: Our gun-running attorney general, Eric Holder, and I agree on something.

Regarding the shooting of the two Ferguson, Missouri, police officers by a rabid punk, Mr. Holder stated, “This was a damn punk, a punk, who was trying to sow discord.”

Well, there you have it. I concur wholeheartedly with Mr. Holder.

It was comforting to know that this time Mr. Holder and his boss did not blame the shooting on green-tipped bullets, my arsenal of deer rifles, the supposed easy access to guns, so-called lax gun laws, or the National Rifle Association – at least not yet.

In what is surely a blinding flash of the obvious to the overwhelming majority of us but not to our attorney general, all violent crime is committed by punks. Whether it’s shooting the good guys in blue or shooting each other, it’s violent punks who are to blame for the engineered warfare by free-ranging punks on the mean streets of urban America.

The bullet-proof truth is that nearly all of the violence across America is located in certain sections of our inner cities. These areas aren’t America the beautiful but rather America the painfully ugly due to gangs of violent punks turned loose over and over again by a failed so-called “justice system” and Holder’s so called “Department of Justice.”

Missouri Lt. Gov.: Justice Dept. More Racist Than Ferguson Cops (Video)

Missouri Lieutenant Governor: There is more racism in the Justice Department than there is in anywhere I see in the St. Louis area. … We’ve come an enormous way in 50 years. That’s not to say we don’t have still more to do. But it is the left — the [Attorney General] Eric Holder and [President Barack] Obama left — and their minions who are obsessed with race while the rest of us are moving on beyond it.

Peter Kinder, lieutenant governor of Missouri, has come out swinging against the Justice Department, saying it is more racist than the Ferguson police force.

“There is more racism in the Justice Department than there is in anywhere I see in the St. Louis area,” Kinder said Monday on “The Steve Malzberg Show” on Newsmax TV.

“We’ve come an enormous way in 50 years. That’s not to say we don’t have still more to do. But it is the left — the [Attorney General] Eric Holder and [President Barack] Obama left — and their minions who are obsessed with race while the rest of us are moving on beyond it.”

The Justice Department found incidents of racism in the Ferguson police force and recommended changes — despite the fact that white officer Darren Wilson was cleared of criminal and civil-rights charges in the shooting death of unarmed black man Michael Brown, 18.

The tragedy last August triggered race riots and sparked a nationwide debate about race and law enforcement. Last week, two Ferguson police officers were shot during one protest outside police headquarters.

Former CBS Reporter Sharyl Attkisson Sues DOJ for $35 Million

In the lawsuit and related claims against the Postal Service, filed in Washington, Attkisson says the intruders installed and periodically refreshed software to steal data and obtain passwords on her home and work computers. She also charges that the hackers monitored her audio using a Skype account.

Former CBS News reporter Sharyl Attkisson has long alleged that somebody hacked into her computers to spy on her while she was writing articles critical of the Obama Administration. Computer security experts retained by CBS News support her claims. She told the story at length in her recent book, “Stonewalled: My Fight for Truth Against the Forces of Obstruction, Intimidation, and Harassment in Obama’s Washington.”

In case it wasn’t clear who she thinks the obstructing, intimidating, and harassing forces monkeying around with her computers were, Attkisson has now filed a $35 million lawsuit against the Obama administration, specifically the Justice Department and the Postal Service. Howard Kurtz at Fox News reports:

In a series of legal filings that seek $35 million in damages, Attkisson alleges that three separate computer forensic exams showed that hackers used sophisticated methods to surreptitiously monitor her work between 2011 and 2013.

“I just think it’s important to send a message that people shouldn’t be victimized and throw up their hands and think there’s nothing they can do and they’re powerless,” Attkisson said in an interview.

Coulter said American race relations were at their best in the wake of O.J. Simpson’s murder acquittal, “when white America finally said, ‘That’s it, we’ve paid at the office, we’re done,’ and suddenly, blacks stopped being infantilized, and they were treated like adults.” America’s first black president changed all that, she said.

Conservative firebrand Ann Coulter accused President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder of putting black teen Michael Brown’s shooting death by a white police officer on par with the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil.

“I think the whole thing was brought about by Obama and Holder turning a self-defense shooting by a cop in this small town into another 9/11,” Coulter said Friday on the “O’Reilly Factor.” “They had 45 FBI agents investigating… [and] all they come up with is [Ferguson, Mo.] Officer Darren Wilson was completely in the right.”

“The witnesses who said that ‘Big Mike’ had his hands up were lying, were completely full of it,” Coulter said. “This was all from Eric Holder’s report.”

Ferguson: A Murderous Mob Incited by Holder and Obama

Two police officers in Ferguson, MO were shot at a protest early Thursday against alleged racism in the department and the city itself. It was not enough that the chief of police had just resigned. It was not enough that a local judge had quit. It was not enough that the Department of Justice had exonerated former officer Darren Wilson. No – the mob, told by President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder that Ferguson was still guilty of racism, wanted “justice.”

The violence is the direct result of incitement by the federal government on the basis of trumped-up accusations, based on the faulty notion that a city that enforces traffic tickets vigorously as a means of raising revenue is inherently racist. (By that standard, my own ultra-progressive town of Santa Monica, California would be akin to a Ku Klux Klan headquarters.)

Racist emails discovered from a few employees implicated those individuals alone–but Obama and Holder wanted more. They, and serial inciter Al Sharpton, wanted the humiliation of the town, wanted the division of America, wanted it to be clear that white public officials could never represent a black population, wanted middle America to know that the federal government could nullify self-government at a whim.

On the basis of the “hands up, don’t shoot” lie, they let black businesses in Ferguson be torched and sewed rage across the country that took the lives of two police officers in New York.

‘Sweeping assumptions take the place of facts’

The U.S. Department of Justice issued two reports last week, both growing out of the Ferguson, Missouri, shooting of Michael Brown. The first report, about “the shooting death of Michael Brown by Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson” ought to be read by every American.

It says in plain English what facts have been established by an autopsy on Michael Brown’s body – by three different pathologists, including one representing the family of Michael Brown – by DNA examination of officer Darren Wilson’s gun and police vehicle, by examination of the pattern of blood stains on the street where Brown died and by a medical report on officer Wilson, from the hospital where he went for treatment.

The bottom line is that all this hard evidence, and more, show what a complete lie was behind all the stories of Michael Brown being shot in the back or being shot while raising his hands in surrender. Yet that lie was repeated, and dramatized in demonstrations and riots from coast to coast, as well as in the media and even in the halls of Congress.

The other Justice Department report, issued the same day – “Investigation of the Ferguson Police Department” – was a complete contrast. Sweeping assumptions take the place of facts, and misleading statistics are thrown around recklessly. This second report is worth reading, just to get a sense of the contrast with the first.
