There’s nothing like a feel good story around this time of the year and nothing feels quite as good as learning that your tax dollars are going to provide detained illegal aliens with free birth control, abortion and sex changes.
Upon request, appropriately trained medical personnel within their scope of practice shall provide detainees with non-directive (impartial) advice and consultation about family planning and birth control, and where medically appropriate, prescribe and dispense birth control.
I would ask why family planning information and a birth control dispensary are necessary for illegal aliens in government custody, but it’s probably better not to know.

Transgender detainees who were already receiving hormone therapy when taken into ICE custody shall have continued access. All transgender detainees shall have access to mental health care, and other transgender-related health care and medication based on medical need. Treatment shall follow accepted guidelines regarding medically necessary transition-related care.
