Cargo Truck Carrying U.S. Visas Hijacked in Mexico (Video)

Housley explained that the stolen visas are typically used to smuggle undocumented Central American migrants across the U.S.-Mexico border.

A cargo truck carrying United States visas was hijacked earlier this month in Mexico.

Adam Housley reported on “Your World” that the truck was hijacked on June 7 in the border city of Matamoros by a group of suspected Mexican drug cartel gunmen. The visas the truck was carrying were for Mexican citizens.

According to the U.S. Consulate in Monterrey, the stolen objects included the approved Border Crossing Cards of people who had applied for their visas.
