Michael Moore Was Offered Financing For Sandy Hook Movie – 3 Days After Tragedy

Never let a crisis go to waste.

In the midst of his messy divorce, a document has been released that shows only three days after the Sandy Hook massacre, Michael Moore was offered financing to produce a film on the horrific tragedy.

The offer came from Moore’s Academy Award winning “Bowling for Columbine” co-winner, Michael Donovan.

According to The Smoking Gun who obtained the legal documents, “In another filing, Glynn (Moore’s wife) noted that–in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre–Moore had been offered financing for an anti-gun film. In an e-mail sent three days after the December 2012 shooting, producer Michael Donovan wrote that he was ‘personally prepared to finance a film’ by Moore about the Newtown, Connecticut killings.”
