Laura Ingraham: If latest Benghazi allegations are true, it’s felony obstruction of justice (Video)

The claims were reported yesterday by Sharyl Attkisson. They were made by Raymond Maxwell, a former deputy assistant secretary of state, who witnessed the State Department operation that allegedly cleaned up the documents.

Radio host Laura Ingraham joined “Fox and Friends” this morning to comment on new allegations that Hillary Clinton’s staff weeded out documents related to the Benghazi attacks before turning over information to investigators. Ingraham said that if the claims were true, it amounted to a felony.

“If the allegations are true, we are talking obstruction of justice,” she said. “We are talking, potentially, for each count of obstruction, five years in federal prison.”
