King said “Breitbart’s team has grown and gotten stronger,” and Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon told King that Andrew Breitbart “loved fighters, and he saw you as a fighter, a decent man… a guy who represents the little guy.”

“We look to Breitbart to lead us in the conservative movement and to put the conservative voice out there across every medium that says Breitbart on it,” King said.

King said that “everything [Breitbart] did was about individual rights and Constitutional rights,” and it bothered him when people unjustifiably called him a racist, especially because nobody did more to bring minorities into the conservative movement.

“He was the furthest thing from it,” King said, noting that “Andrew took a beating from the left.”

King said he loved the way Breitbart pushed back against the attacks and said he stood for “all the things that make America great.”
