“The IRS bounty is just that – it is the people’s bounty for the truth,” she said of the funds, which are being put together by a group called The Voters Trust.
A group that was targeted by the IRS is now offering up to $1 million for anyone who provides information leading to the conviction of anyone involved in the scandal.
