Los Angeles currently holds roughly 296,000 housing units and by 2025 they will have to have fully approved plans to add 250,000 units which is essentially doubling their population. I look at what they intend to do with building and safety and new construction housing in places like Downtown LA, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Bel Air and other areas it makes me wonder who the city will look and how desirable the city will be to live in if the population doubles in the coming few years.
