Why does Britain seem to import so many dodgy foreign doctors? (Video)

A greatly disproportionate number of doctors prosecuted or struck off in this country were trained overseas, including the recent case of Isyaka Mamman, an 85 year-old Nigerian who, even at that advanced age, was still practicing.
