The British government decide to destroy a quiet, English village (Video)

As part of their deal with Rwanda to open a processing centre for asylum-seekers in that country, Britain agreed that they would open a similar centre for single, male asylum-seekers in this country as well. They chose for this purpose a disused RAF base next to the Yorkshire village of Linton-on-Ouse. There are 700 people living in the village, which is miles from anywhere. The processing centre will hold 1500 men, with no facilities other than a library. This is a recipe for the destruction of a village.
