The attorney for the Riverside man accused of fraudulently billing insurance companies for $50 million in workers’ compensation claims said Friday, Sept. 5, that his client is innocent.
Peyman Heidary, 44, was scheduled to be arraigned Friday, but that hearing was postponed.
