Dr. Phil takes the incoming “Border Czar” Tom Homan to the Arizona Border. Trump recently appointed Tom Homan as our “Border Czar” to help implement his vision on fixing our border crisis. Homan has over 30 yrs of experience in immigration enforcement, having served in various capacities, including as a police officer, Border Patrol agent, and acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under Trump from January 2017 to June 2018.
