In this clip Dr. Paul speaks about the tyrannical NDAA s.1867 which was signed into law on New Year’s Eve, January 31st, 2011 by Barack Obama. It allows American citizens to be black-bagged by the military and held WITHOUT a trial, inside OR outside of the country.
