Lawsuit: Weinstein’s Assistant Was Forced to ‘Clean Up the Semen’

A former assistant to Harvey Weinstein is claiming the disgraced movie mogul made her prepare for and clean up after his sexual encounters, including discarding used condoms and wiping semen off the sofa ‘up to three times a week.’

She is also alleging rampant sexual harassment from her former boss, including inappropriate touching, dictating e-mails to her while nude, calling her a “cunt” and “pussy,” and making comments such as, “What’s wrong…is the tampon up too far today?”

Sandeep Rehal, who was 26 when she was hired by the Weinstein Company and worked there for two years between 2013 and 2015, has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan federal court against Weinstein, reports the Daily Beast.

“As Ms. Rehal soon learned, Harvey Weinstein’s assistants were expected to be available at all times; there was no boundary between Harvey Weinstein’s work life and personal life,“ the lawsuit claims. “Much of Ms. Rehal’s work as an employee of TWC involved catering to Harvey Weinstein’s sexual appetites and activities, and catering to his demeaning and often abusive family members,” reports the Beast.

Weinstein also allegedly made relentless sexual advances toward Rehal, rubbing her thighs and touching her hips and buttocks and making lewd comments about her clothing, the lawsuit claims.
