‘They Were Abandoned and Just Left to Die There’: Mother of Benghazi Victim Speaks Out (Video)

On last night’s “Justice,” Judge Jeanine Pirro was joined by Pat Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, who was one of four Americans killed in the deadly 2012 terror attack in Benghazi, Libya.

Smith reacted to viewing “13 Hours at Benghazi,” a Fox News Reporting special that uncovers the smoking gun of Benghazi, particularly first-hand accounts of the attack from U.S. security operatives that revealed her son and Ambassador Christopher Stevens’ lives might have been saved if there had not been a stand down order given.

Of those revealing first-hand accounts in the “13 Hours at Benghazi” special, Smith said, “I absolutely believe them. Who else am I supposed to believe? The people who didn’t tell me anything, like the State Department? I kept begging them to tell me what happened. They wouldn’t tell me. So now, I get the information that I’ve been waiting for, that I’ve needed. I’ve got to finish processing this, so I can go on with my life.”
